Services & Fees

All service contracts below include establishing a sales plan for your property, DMO or BID, reading and responding to business leads, prospecting individual and group business for your property or cluster of properties, evaluating and recommending opportunities for business, monthly reporting, mileage within San Luis Obispo county, plus potential representation at regional shows.

Your company or organization can choose one of the service contracts below or from the additional ala carte services to best meet the needs of your goals and budget.

Individual Lodging Service Contract Options:

  • 12-Month Contract – $500/month
    Receive an additional month FREE if you sign a contract by May 31, 2017! That is a $500 savings!
  • 6-Month Contract – $550/month
  • 3-Month Contract – $575/month
  • Monthly Contract – $600/month


Destination Marketing Organization/BID Service Contract Options:

  • 12-Month Contract – $100/property per month (minimum of 10 properties)
  • 6-Month Contract – $150/property per month (minimum of 10 properties)
  • 3-Month Contract – $175/property per month (minimum of 10 properties)


Additional Ala Carte Services:

  • Prospecting (3 hour minimum) – $15/hour
  • Representation at Shows
    • Consumer Show (3 hour minimum) – $15/hour
    • Trade Show (3 hour minimum) – $30/hour
    • Travel Time (will not exceed 8 hours per day) – $10.50/hour
    • Mileage Reimbursement – $0.535/mile
    • Lodging, Flight & Transportation Costs – actual costs
    • Meal Reimbursements
      • Breakfast – $20 maximum
      • Lunch – $30 maximum
      • Dinner – $40 maximum
